Ian Eggers’s career development saw him join Mace, having previously worked for Bovis on various prestigious projects, including Broadgate. During his time at Mace, Ian rose to the position of Managing Director of Construction Management and the subsidiary business Mace Living. Some of the highlights of Ian’s career at Mace include the successful negotiation of the contract to build the Shard at London Bridge Tower and also the accolade of having been the youngest ever winner of the coveted Construction Manager of the Year Award. Phil Solomon

Phil Solomon is the Operations Director within Mace leading the Construction Management and Major Projects planning teams. He has a wide background of planning and preconstruction engineering experience on projects with a high public profile and where quality is important.
