Tom Verebe

Tom Verebes is Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) in the Faculty of Architecture and Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong. Formerly Co-Director of the Architectural Association Design Research Lab (DRL) in London, where he taught from 1997–2009, he has been the Director of the AA Shanghai Visiting School since 2007, and is a former Guest/Visiting Professor at ABK Stuttgart. Tom is the founder and Creative Director of OCEAN CN, a network of specialist design consultants based in Hong Kong, with links to Beijing, Shanghai, and London. He has written, published, exhibited, and lectured extensively in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, and serves on several editorial and advisory boards.
